                             DELIVERY INFORMATION

• All orders are sent on an Express delivery as standard with the courier DPD
• Deliveries will be made by DPD, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays at a flat rate of £5.99 per order to the Mainland UK.
• Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within the United Kingdom are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.
• Due to the unique decoration each team/club requires it takes us a little time to decorate items before we send them out to you, for this reason the express delivery only applies once your parcel has left our building
• Normally orders will be processed and sent to you within 10-15 working days, at which point we will send you confirmation that your order has been despatched and a tracking code so that you can see the progress of your parcel via the DPD Tracking website.
