Accreditation WRU & RCT / Achrediad WRU ac RCT

WRU – Platinum Accreditation Achrediad Platinwm WRU

Tonyrefail Rugby Football Club has achieved WRU Platinum Accreditation, the highest level within the Welsh Rugby Union’s club accreditation framework. This achievement recognises the club’s commitment to meeting the WRU’s required standards and demonstrates a high level of organisation, governance and good practice. The Platinum accreditation also supports the club’s eligibility to access WRU funding and other forms of support.

RCT Club Accreditation Achrediad Clwb RCT

Sport RCT Club Accreditation is a scheme run by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for community sports clubs in RCT.

The purpose is to make sure clubs meet agreed minimum standards and provide a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for members. It also helps Sport RCT support clubs to become stronger and offer more sporting opportunities.

Being Sport RCT accredited can give a club access to support, guidance and funding opportunities. For example, Sport RCT’s Community Sport Fund is available to accredited clubs and can help with things such as equipment, coach education, facility hire and marketing.

Tonyrefail Rugby Football club can have both WRU accreditation and Sport RCT accreditation, because they cover different requirements.
